Job Title: Area Lead PET/CT Technologist

At Insight Imaging (NC), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Lead PET/CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for leading a team of technologists and ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Imaging: Screen patients before examination for any precautions or contraindications, perform all required PET and nuclear medicine procedures, and consistently demonstrate good judgment in evaluating diagnostic studies.
  • Staff Supervision: Ensure comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and protocols for all CT technologists, assist in staff planning and hiring, and oversee staffing levels for adequate modality coverage.
  • Operations: Maintain PET equipment, ensure an orderly and clean work area, and coordinate patient relations to deliver high-quality patient service.
Requirements:
  • NMTCB or ARRT registered technologist in Nuclear Medicine, current and in good standing.
  • 4+ years imaging experience, with demonstrated ability to serve as a resource to others and identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
