Job Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator who will oversee the execution and completion of public infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and negotiate modifications with the Owner's representative and subcontractors.
  • Update, submit, and negotiate monthly billing requests.
  • Maintain and submit monthly project timelines.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate changes to subcontractor agreements.
  • Organize and lead weekly project meetings.
  • Facilitate and manage weekly meetings with project foremen.
  • Monitor and report on monthly project expenditures.
  • Address, review, and resolve all project-related disputes with the Owner's representative and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain a weekly three-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Coordinate project timelines with the project superintendent, project engineer, trade foremen, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in public works.
  • Proficient project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Exemplary leadership skills.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with P6 and AutoCAD software.
