Responsibilities
  • Design and present customized space solutions to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Closing sales efficiently and building repeat business through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain clear communication with managers and support center partners to ensure seamless project completion and achieve sales goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, driving company initiatives and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with company training, selling, product knowledge, promotions, processes, and philosophies to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Utilize company tools and email efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the daily maintenance of custom spaces showroom and visual presentation of the store.
  • Handle cash and other valuables securely and maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
  • Assist customers with confidential information related to company credit cards and applications.
  • Arrive promptly to work and maintain discretion regarding confidential company and customer information.
