We are seeking an experienced Logistics Compliance Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. This is a full-time position offering immediate hiring with the potential for temporary to permanent conversion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import/export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing import/export documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with freight forwarders to manage international shipment schedules and tracking.
  • Working closely with customs brokers to obtain necessary clearance documents.
  • Maintaining accurate records by entering shipment data into logistics software.
  • Ensuring data accuracy for tracking and reporting purposes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain management.
  • A strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and ERP systems.
