Position Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated Manufacturing Laborers to support our operations. This role will report to the Operations Supervisor during the 2nd Shift. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including opportunities for substantial overtime, a comprehensive benefits plan featuring a quarterly bonus program, and various insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assess the surfaces of components for any defects.
  • Utilize grinding equipment to refine surfaces and eliminate excess material.
  • Operate a stand grinder to process castings according to specified guidelines.
  • Handle medium to large castings, ensuring quality and compliance with inspection standards.
  • Maintain proper grinding techniques to achieve smooth and accurate surfaces.
  • Sort, stack, and move castings as instructed.
  • Engage in ongoing training to acquire necessary certifications for career advancement.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $ - $ DOE, plus a $1 shift differential.

This position is subject to regulations under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must meet the definition of a U.S. person as outlined by ITAR.
