POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for executing closing responsibilities, which include organizing reusable items, dismantling goods, sanitizing all equipment and areas, returning items to designated locations, securing refrigeration units, replenishing supplies, turning off lights, locking entrances, and completing the daily sanitation checklist. Prepare, stock, and sustain workstations. Assess the cleanliness and presentation of all dining ware prior to service. Uphold cleanliness of workspaces throughout the shift, adhering to clean-as-you-go practices.
Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report incidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management; and complete necessary safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are tidy and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer phones with appropriate etiquette. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team objectives, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: None required.
License or Certification: None necessary.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour and may include benefits such as a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off, sick leave, and other wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to eligibility criteria, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements.
