Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service and strong leadership qualities. They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating shifts, overseeing guest services, and training and managing Front of House staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Coordinate Shifts: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive excellent service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and Manage Staff: Train and develop Front of House staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service.
- Adjust Schedules: Adjust staff schedules as needed to meet the needs of the restaurant and achieve labor goals.
- Maintain Safety and Sanitation Standards: Ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are adhered to at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Experience in Food Service: A minimum of 2 years' experience in food service or a related field.
- Strong Leadership Qualities: The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve their best.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail at all times.
