About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice Nurse On Call. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients and their families in a supportive and empathetic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
  • Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
  • Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient
  • Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
  • Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs
About You

We are looking for a compassionate, kind, and empathetic individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and their families. You will have a current RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
