ACES Group LLC is looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer to enhance AF/A3 operations through the development, implementation, and maintenance of innovative Microsoft 365 solutions. The role involves streamlining content management and business workflows, improving user interactions, and integrating governance alongside data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and gather both business and technical requirements to support AF/A3 functions.
  • Design and manage tailored solutions within SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Facilitate content migration, classification, tagging, archiving, workflows, and records management.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces and graphical components to elevate user experience.
  • Establish a standardized aesthetic for AF/A3 Enterprise IT environments in line with AF standards.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to foster data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and oversee term groups, term sets, and governance frameworks.
  • Document solution architectures, governance policies, and produce instructional guides as necessary.
  • Design and manage applications and solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AF/A3 operations.
  • Provide support for SharePoint sites, user permissions, and governance protocols.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on strategic planning, operations, and training.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Knowledge Management Best Practices and Microsoft 365 solutions development, including Office, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform.
