Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist/Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being, and facilitating their progress towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, including assistance with daily activities and problem-solving.
  • Facilitate group sessions and activities, promoting socialization and skill-building.
  • Monitor client safety and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
  • Document client progress and identify areas for professional services.
  • Transport clients to community outings and meetings, ensuring safe and legal transportation.
Requirements
  • H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's level degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
  • Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
