Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist/Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being, and facilitating their progress towards recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, including assistance with daily activities and problem-solving.
- Facilitate group sessions and activities, promoting socialization and skill-building.
- Monitor client safety and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Document client progress and identify areas for professional services.
- Transport clients to community outings and meetings, ensuring safe and legal transportation.
- H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's level degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 to $24.50 per hour based on education and experience.
