Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Washington State. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to students with behavioral needs, delivering effective and compassionate behavior therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student progress
  • Assist in developing and refining behavior management strategies
  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group interventions
  • Support students in improving social, communication, and life skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
Qualifications:
  • Valid RBT certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus
