About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at I Am Boundless, Inc. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires you to work in a 1:1, 1:2 or small group setting, providing intensive services based on the individual's behavioral health needs.

About the Role
This position involves delivering instruction and assessments following procedures learned from initial and ongoing training sessions. You will also implement skills acquisition and behavior modification plans as provided during initial training and from ongoing training and feedback from supervisors. Additionally, you will collect and analyze data and records of service accurately, maintain designated individual's data collection methods, documents, records and materials related to treatment and educational plans, and assist in monitoring goal progression.

Estimated Salary Range
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
