We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit team at Community Health System. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the care of critically ill patients, including those with cardiac and respiratory conditions.
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting independence and self-care skills.
- Current FL RN license.
- ASN required, BSN preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in critical care required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
This is a night shift position, with varying days and 3x12 hour shifts. As a Registered Nurse in our Critical Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
