About the Role

Cortica is seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor - BCBA to lead our clinical programming team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and implementation of ABA treatment plans for patients with neurodevelopmental differences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans in accordance with Cortica's clinical model and industry standards.
  • Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors on the team.
  • Ensure quality clinical care by meeting minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectations.
  • Provide monthly supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences.
  • Monitor and update programming aspects of each client's clinical case, and update the team accordingly.
  • Support Assistant Supervisors in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for progress report writing.
  • Collaborate with the Director to review scheduled hours and optimize supervision and parent training hours.
  • Participate in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader.
  • Lead department meetings and participate in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload.
  • Prioritize and assist in implementing safety initiatives.
  • Embody Cortica's core values and lead by example for other teammates.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a Human Services or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
  • Field work experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families.
  • Proficiency in software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
