Career Advancement
Our Management Development Program provides pathways for aspiring managers to explore franchising opportunities, distinguishing us from other businesses. General Managers with a minimum of one year of successful store management experience are eligible to apply for a franchise. Compensation
Our management team starts with a competitive hourly wage of $19.50, supplemented by bonuses and incentives based on store performance and profitability.
Qualifications
To be considered for this management position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Restaurant experience is advantageous.
- Availability to work weekends and a minimum of five closing shifts per week, including Friday through Sunday.
- Proficient in motivating and training team members.
- Skilled in scheduling, inventory management, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Must adhere to company policies and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining product quality.
Physical Requirements
Physical tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Walking short distances.
- Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Using equipment such as dollies for moving supplies.
- Occasional climbing and bending for various tasks.
Tools and Equipment
Team members may utilize tools such as computers, telephones, and pizza preparation equipment.
