We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our EHS department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Environmental Health, Safety, and Security programs across all Aldevron sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and Manage Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into workplace injuries and incidents, and manage workers' compensation claims to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Review and update existing safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Design and Deliver Safety Training: Create and implement comprehensive safety training programs to educate employees on safe work practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences setting.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field is preferred, or a different bachelor's degree combined with relevant safety experience.
