Job Overview

As a Key Holder, you'll support the Store Leadership Team by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll assist with daily store operations, provide input on training and development, and help create a positive and inclusive store culture.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with a pooled sales commission opportunity of 0.5%. If selected for this role, salary may vary based on various factors, including the store's geographical location.
