We are seeking a highly skilled Security Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex security and building automation systems, including card access, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
  • Install, inspect, and maintain security and building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying new knowledge and skills to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in security and building automation systems, including card access, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
