Sapphire Nursing at Meadow Hill seeks an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of RN Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role

The RN Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of our healthcare personnel, including LPNs and CNAs. You will interpret patient information, make critical decisions about necessary actions, and work closely with medical support staff to ensure resident needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete admissions assessments and reassessments on all patients.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing staff, housekeeping, and security.
  • Work closely with medical support staff to ensure resident needs are met.
  • Develop and implement education plans to meet the learning needs of patients and staff members.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient physical and psycho-social condition throughout the continuum of care.
  • Utilize manual and automated information systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a liaison in coordinating patient care activities with nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
Requirements
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
  • 1 Year RN experience preferred.
  • Available for 12 hour shifts.
