Job Summary

As a Mental Health Therapist at Jamie Grayem, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to adult and child members. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each member.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Collaborate with treating physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans to support members in times of need.
  • Participate in staff conferences to discuss member treatment plans and progress.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including adults and children, with a range of mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of DSM-V and evidence-based treatment modalities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a psychiatric treatment team setting, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient program.
  • Experience with crisis intervention, individual, and group psychotherapy.
  • Knowledge of behavioral medicine and health psychology principles.
