Estimator Role at Per Sé Group

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Per Sé Group. As a beacon of excellence in the construction industry, our client takes pride in delivering exceptional projects with a relentless commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and review project documents, including shop drawings and mix designs.
  • Coordinate project handoffs and ensure accurate monthly projections.
  • Participate in branch operations meetings and assist in scheduling.
  • Notify subcontractors and suppliers of anticipated start and delivery needs.
  • Assist the Area Superintendent and Foremen as needed.
Preferred Skills and Expertise:
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial estimating and project management.
  • Ability to prepare detailed narratives for estimates and coordinate pre-bid review processes.
  • Primary contact for clients and coordination of multiple projects.
  • Identification and evaluation of bid opportunities, including labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Calculation and analysis of costs to ensure all requirements are met.
