Visual Quality Specialist

On-Board Companies is seeking a skilled Visual Quality Specialist to join our team in Stow, OH. As a Visual Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for upholding the Client Stow Visual Quality Department systems and requirements to ensure that final product releases comply with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluates and reviews cell-specific visual criteria and monitors compliance with customer specifications
Makes recommendations to management personnel based on this information
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Must be able to complete a background check, drug test, and physical successfully
Visual process experience and quality knowledge training
Ability to use gages, micrometers, and optical comparators
Experience in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) and blueprint reading
Knowledge of Quality audits associated with the aerospace industry
