- Administer immunizations and provide counseling on health care and prescription medication needs.
- Maintain confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation.
- Drive sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
- Model and enforce proper Member service approaches and techniques to ensure successful resolution of member needs, complaints, and issues.
- Oversee the implementation of community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as good members of the community.
- Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates in assigned areas.
- Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies and local, State, and Federal guidelines.
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- Pharmacy experience in a retail or clinical setting.
- Leadership or management experience in a healthcare or retail environment.
