  • Accurately identify and obtain necessary parts.
  • Manage inventory and costs for labor and parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Meet company record-keeping expectations.
  • Recognize the cost-to-repair versus value equation.
  • Be flexible and adapt to the fluctuating demands of the day.
Requirements:
  • Technical repair knowledge on a wide range of equipment.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and be self-motivated.
  • Driving record violation-free for the previous three years.
  • All necessary hand tools for general repair and maintenance operations.
  • Able to lift 70lbs or more, several times per day.
