In the position of Administrator/Receptionist, you will utilize your excellent communication and IT skills. Your ability to convey sensitive or complex information in a clear and compassionate manner will be essential. Previous experience in healthcare administration or reception is preferred.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to your department
- Utilizing your customer service expertise to foster positive relationships
- Managing phone calls, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients in person and directing them to the appropriate areas
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient departmental operations
- Preparing necessary clinical documentation, referral forms, and charge sheets
