Medical Device Specialist

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's medical devices to healthcare professionals and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products.
- Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- 0-2 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Field sales training and experience.
- Successful completion of Stryker's product training program.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
