As a Manufacturing Team Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating team members to achieve safety, production, and quality targets.
- Ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation while working closely with management.
- Collaborating with quality assurance and engineering teams to swiftly resolve any operational challenges.
- Providing guidance to team members to meet daily safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to all organizational policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Regularly updating team performance metrics to both staff and management.
- Conducting daily team briefings to enhance communication and foster team development.
- Addressing production issues and documenting them for discussion with management and engineering teams.
- Identifying training needs and ensuring completion of necessary training documentation for the team.
This role represents a long-term contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Team Supervisor position will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Knowledge of computer, cell phone, or tablet repair is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Compensation Rate: $21 - $22/hr
*The offered pay range will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's education, experience, job location, specific responsibilities, and certifications.
