Treasury Supervisor

About the Role:

American Commercial Barge Line is seeking a skilled Treasury Supervisor to oversee cash disbursements, daily debt management, and ensure compliance. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will lead a talented group to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Accounts Receivable process to minimize past due and improve cash flow.
• Review new customer credit evaluations, analyze existing customers, and recommend corrective measures.
• Monitor credit reporting for all customers, analyzing financial changes through online platforms.
• Supervise daily cash and debt management operations, including pay cycles and wire transfers.
• Monitor positive pay reporting and troubleshoot failed transmissions.
• Develop monthly cash forecasts related to Accounts Receivable collections.
• Prepare month-end reports to support leadership.
• Lead a team responsible for receivables, daily banking activities, and P-Cards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury or related roles, ideally in transportation, manufacturing, or corporate settings.
• Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge of lean concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office software, Oracle, and other financial systems.
