Our collaboration with clinical professionals and industry experts enables us to provide a comprehensive range of products and patient care solutions. We enhance healthcare delivery through high-quality medical supplies and tailored solutions, establishing ourselves as a reliable partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with hospitals in the designated area to promote and sell medical products. This role involves selling items such as examination gloves, durable medical equipment, incontinence solutions, surgical kits, plastic supplies, skincare items, textiles, bathing systems, gauze, surgical packs, gowns, protective clothing, surgical trays, advanced wound care products, and surgeons' gloves.
- Delivering sales presentations to various stakeholders, leading to successful product and program sales.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster client loyalty.
- Introducing and promoting new products while sustaining existing business relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless teamwork across the healthcare continuum.
- Demonstrating leadership capabilities and a strong ability to finalize sales agreements.
- Preparing competitive bids and pricing proposals.
- Occasionally conducting cold calls to explore new market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment, showcasing expertise in cold calling and full-cycle sales, or at least 5 years of similar experience.
- A proven record of sales growth and meeting sales targets.
- Capability to present multiple product lines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- As this role involves outside sales, the ability to drive and travel extensively within the assigned territory is essential.
