Audit:

  • Assist manager in identifying processes to audit and determine frequency.
  • Develop and document a plan, execute, and document audit results.

Metrics:

  • Pull data from various sources monthly to develop and improve metrics to share with management.

Flow Diagrams:

  • Investigate and document various processes between systems or within the department.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
