Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Program Manager to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for managing and administering all aspects of rehabilitation services for our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Clinical Services
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs for residents, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
    • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents are meeting their rehabilitation goals.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Represent HealthPRO Heritage in a professional and courteous manner, promoting a positive image of the company.
  • Quality Improvement and Compliance
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
    • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Identify and report any compliance issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Associate's degree in an allied health field or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation management role.
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications and Licensure
    • Valid state professional licensure.
    • Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
