The Hilton Hotel Event & Conference Center is on the lookout for a dedicated Barista to enhance our team. We are searching for individuals who possess outstanding customer service abilities and leadership qualities, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our patrons. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age or older. Availability during weekdays and weekends is highly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process beverage orders, prepare drinks, and handle transactions using cash registers and credit card machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
- Adhere to safe food handling protocols.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to all customers.
- Exhibit flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Communicate departmental needs to the supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a food service environment is advantageous.
- Experience with coffee products is highly desirable.
