Maintenance Porter Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to perform facility maintenance duties and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and painting facilities.
  • Operate equipment such as automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restrooms and offices.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the facility manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
