Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
  • Inspect facilities daily to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Operate equipment such as automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or facilities work preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
