Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team at Advantax. As a Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and processing vast amounts of asset data, preparing and filing personal property tax returns, and organizing documentation needed to process returns.

You will also be responsible for communicating with local state jurisdictions throughout the country, comparing county assigned appraised values vs our proposed tax values for consulting opportunities, and filing property tax returns and assisting with property tax payments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a business-related degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You should also be able to work as a team as well as independently, possess strong listening and communication skills, and be able to perform tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and organization.
