Job Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis, with a focus on delivering extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing office quality and performance, conducting regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliant situations, and following internal company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Fields calls from customers and team members, building rapport and problem-solving skills.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with adjusters, brokers, and clients, applying insurance program and scorecard knowledge to claim files in a timely manner.
  • Oversees office quality and performance, conducting regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliant situations.
  • Follows internal company policies with regard to Company/Franchise Scorecard.
  • Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm, with weekends upon request.

Requirements:

  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most.
  • Proficient with a variety of current technology and software programs.
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Location: Throughout the United States and Canada.
