Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing systems that maximize maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust systems for Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Work closely with production operations, maintenance resources, safety, quality, and other teams to understand and meet expectations.
  • Analyze and cross-reference maintenance data to optimize planning and resources.
  • Develop and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Provide support and leadership in developing and tracking maintenance costs.
Requirements:
  • AS/AA/BS/BA degree preferred.
  • 3 years supervisory and/or maintenance planning experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • SAP/CMMS experience is highly preferred.
