Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Marriott Anchorage Downtown Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
