Operations Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the 2nd shift Packaging Department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient production processes, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage the daily activities of the Packaging Department
* Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they are working safely and effectively
* Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee product quality and consistency
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and meet business objectives
Requirements:
* Two-year degree in Operations Management or related field
* 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing or operations management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies
