Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting all assigned areas.
  • Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Resident Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, as well as Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
