We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Crew Member to join our team at Lamar Advertising Company. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain billboards, including installation of advertisements, maintenance of structures, and upkeep of billboard cosmetics.
  • Work independently and manage work schedules effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of operations and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or issues to management.
  • Operate construction equipment, including ladders, and climb heights up to 200 feet.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Successful completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
  • One additional certification required, depending on location need: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.
  • 5 years of Operations experience in the outdoor advertising industry or equivalent experience in a safety-related position required.
