Residential Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential setting designed to foster independence.
About the RoleYour primary responsibilities will include administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) and assisting individuals with daily living activities such as household chores and cooking. You will also work collaboratively with the Clinical Program Director to implement recovery-oriented treatment plans that prioritize each person's growth and well-being.
A successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience working in human services being a significant advantage. We welcome bilingual/bicultural applicants and those with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.
