Job Summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server-Bartender (Mesero-Cantinero) to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Table and Bar Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, ensuring that all products are properly stored and secured.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register/POS, receive payment from customers, and provide accurate change.
  • Customer Relations: Assist guests professionally and courteously, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent education required.
  • Experience: One to three years of food service experience preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol, and hold a Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The individual must be able to work primarily with fingers to pick, pinch, type, and carry out substantial movements of the wrists and hands.
