Manager of Inventory Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, receiving, and supply chain functions
- Establish and uphold a kanban inventory management system
- Direct inventory counting procedures and resolve any discrepancies
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements in inventory management
- Support the creation of barcode scanning solutions
- Draft documentation for inventory acceptance protocols
- Formulate cycle counting strategies and space utilization plans
- Oversee personnel actions and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with laboratory teams to enhance inventory oversight
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or inventory oversight
- Familiarity with inventory scanning technologies and databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively across various departments
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Certifications in APICS, lean methodologies, or six-sigma are advantageous
