- Work with teams to change policies and enhance referral processes, increasing client engagement.
- Manage and negotiate Business Associate Agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to bring on new health systems and encourage referrals for therapy and medication management services across the state.
- Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with high-level stakeholders to promote mental health services.
- Provide physical presence to community partners in designated areas across Oregon.
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy standards and regulations.

- Conduct self with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support the organization's efforts to create and maintain a trauma-informed care culture and utilize non-violent communication when navigating disagreements and conflicts.

- Additional responsibilities of similar complexity within the organization, as required or assigned.
