Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schedulers, behavioral health consultants, physicians, specialists, administrative team members, legal teams, and quality assurance teams.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to identify and address behavioral health needs, including supporting outside referrals.
  • Work with teams to change policies and enhance referral processes, increasing client engagement.
  • Manage and negotiate Business Associate Agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to bring on new health systems and encourage referrals for therapy and medication management services across the state.
  • Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with high-level stakeholders to promote mental health services.
