Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in a Site/Civil Engineer role. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and managing land development projects, working closely with private clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Directs and designs plans, calculates, and prepares engineering documents in accordance with the latest prevailing codes
- Prepares and monitors project budgets and responsible for project schedules and the timely completion of projects
- Works with private clients for various site development projects
- Prepares permit applications and submittals
- Participates in presentations, interviews, and project and client meetings
- Serves as a designated client contact
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Colorado Professional Engineer registration or ability to obtain within 1 year
- 5-15 years of progressive experience designing land development projects
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members in multiple offices
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal codes and standards related to civil improvement projects

A salary range for this posting is $96,000-$130,000. The individual selected for this role will be evaluated with the compensation factors in mind and placed appropriately.
