Bridge33 Capital is an innovative and rapidly expanding real estate private equity firm specializing in open-air retail properties. Recently, the firm achieved a significant milestone by successfully raising $458 million for its latest opportunistic fund.

We are in search of a LEAD FINANCIAL STRATEGIST who will be pivotal in managing asset cash flow modeling and financial reporting. This role demands a profound comprehension of real estate finance, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the aptitude to convey intricate financial concepts with clarity. The ideal candidate will excel by delivering precise financial models and thorough reports that facilitate strategic decision-making and enhance fund-level performance reporting. This position is designed to be remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Asset Cash Flow Modeling:

  • Construct, maintain, and refine comprehensive cash flow models for diverse real estate assets.
  • Evaluate financial performance and forecasts to support investment strategies.
  • Analyze the financial implications of potential acquisitions, sales, and capital initiatives.
  • Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risks and opportunities.

Financial Reporting:

  • Generate and present regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data for both internal and external reporting.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Asset Management teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the asset and business strategy.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Engage closely with Asset Management, acquisitions, and accounting teams to collect and analyze pertinent data.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related discipline; CFA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within the real estate or private equity sectors.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with financial reporting and accounting standards.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., Argus, Yardi, MRI) is advantageous.
  • Possess skills, abilities, and traits that align with the company's core values.
