  • Bias for Action: Deliver end-to-end contract projects, working through obstacles and unexpected challenges to maintain momentum.
  • Communication: Communicate expectations and requirements with external and internal leadership teams, write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, and perform data analysis as necessary.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges, including the full procurement cycle from sourcing, negotiations, legal requirements, and internal systems updates.
About the Team:

Our global team is responsible for procurement-related activities, including supporting and/or leading small to large-scale sourcing events and contract negotiations.

We work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that all supplier-related activities meet cost, capacity, and service goals.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of procurement experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally across several teams experience
  • 5+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • 7+ years of procurement experience
  • 7+ years of transportation and supply chain experience
  • 7+ years of working cross-functionally across several teams experience

Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
