Job Summary

As a Telecom Operator at Frye Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of hospital switchboard communications. Your primary responsibility will be to answer and route incoming and outgoing phone calls accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless communication between patients, staff, and visitors
  • Monitor and respond to alarm panels in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
  • Assist patients with taking messages and logging calls for physicians and staff
