Telecom Coordinator

As a Telecom Operator at Frye Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of hospital switchboard communications. Your primary responsibility will be to answer and route incoming and outgoing phone calls accurately and efficiently.

• Answer and route all incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Assist patients, take messages, and log calls for physicians, staff, and others
• Monitor and respond to alarm panels
• Respond to codes promptly and appropriately
• Contact appropriate personnel in emergency situations
